Our Team

K B Ramachandran

Shri K B Ramachandran the founder partner of the firm and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Coming from a humble background he began his career with Neyveli Lignite Corporation(NLC). Soon his desire to set up a CA practice took over thereby establishing KBR & Co., in the year 1991.

He is also a CMA and DISA by qualification and has amassed rich professional experience in the course of 29 years of practice and specialises in Income Tax practice.

K R Prasanna Bhaskaran

Shri K R Prasanna is a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant who is well experienced in tax litigations. Having joined the firm in 2011, he handles the corporate and “Start up” clientele. He steers tax litigation practice and representation of the firm. He also takes care of the “Start up” practice wherein incorporation to Private Equity placement is take care.

N Saroja

Smt. N Saroja is an ex-banker who completed the Chartered Accountancy course at the age of 59 after coming out on VRS from a private sector Bank. She takes of care of Bank Audits and other special assignments for Banking companies and NBFCs.

Stalin Subramaniam

Shri Stalin Subramaniam comes with rich experience in Debt syndication and providing financial solutions for corporates through Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). He has worked with/alongside various players in the domain and has raised funds of single ticket size upto ?200 crores. He is also experienced re-structuring and takeover of Debts.
